What Would You Like To Practice Today?

Build strength, flexibility, mobility and range of motion of the lower body to help you on your journey to front splits (hanumanasana) and middle splits (upavistha konasana). Helpful Yoga Props: 2 yoga blocks, and a blanket or cushion for under the knees.

Moondance - 50 mins - Mixed

A fun and dynamic mixed level yoga class. Moondance focuses on hamstring lengthening, hip opening and twists.

Infinity - 40 mins - Intermediate

This class emphasises strengthening the back body while lengthening the front body to help you enter wheel pose with more ease and confidence. Please have 2 blocks and a strap for this class as we will practice using props to support our entrance into wheel

Glide - 23 mins - Mixed

A quick but strong & energising class to strengthen and open the shoulders and core and help you on your journey towards crow pose.

What level is right for me?

Beginner

The beginners practices will have lots of verbal cues and therefore, they are guided at a slower pace. This is to help you fully understand poses and their alignment, to help you build confidence with the movements and linking them to your breath and to give you a really strong foundation for your future practices.

Mixed

Mixed level practices are somewhere between “Beginner” and “Intermediate”. You won’t find as many verbal cues as in the beginners practices and it will also brin opportunities to try different variations of basic poses or to deepen them.

Intermediate

The Intermediate practices are guided with less cues and therefore, at a faster pace with more opportunities to deepen poses and try more intense variations. It is a good idea to know the names and the alignment for basic poses so that you can get the most out of these practices.
