“This yoga retreat was an absolute joy. Thanks to 3 fabulous hosts in each and every way. Your immense attention to detail, the nurturing atmosphere you created for each and every one of us was second to none. The yoga, food, house, positive energy all round was superb. Fabulous group to have spent 4 days with. Such a nurturing, loving armosphere”

The care and thought that went into everything touched my soul. You all made me feel energised, relaxed and at peace.. at one with nature and the beautiful planet we live in. “Lauren, Edel and Eileen were amazing and made us all feel like a family. I felt supported by them the whole time I was here.
